Please read these terms before placing a booking or buying a ticket. They describe how bookings, orders and payments work on this site. They are a plain-language starting point and should be reviewed by your own legal adviser before you rely on them.
We arrange appearances, meet & greets, fan memberships, merchandise, music pre-orders and tour tickets involving the celebrities listed on this site. We act as the booking desk between you and the celebrity or their management.
Submitting a booking request, an order or a ticket purchase does not by itself create a confirmed engagement. Every request is checked with the celebrity's team first. A booking is only confirmed once we have confirmed it to you in writing and your payment has been received and verified. Until then, dates, fees and availability may change.
The fee shown on each celebrity, item or tour date is the fee payable for that booking, unless we tell you otherwise in writing. Shipping, where it applies, is shown separately before you pay. Payment is made through the methods offered at checkout, and your order reference is your record of it. We do not charge anything while a request is still being checked.
Tickets are sold for the specific date, venue and ticket type shown at the time of purchase. Where a date shows an external ticket link, the sale is handled by that promoter or venue under their own terms, not ours. If an event is cancelled, we will contact ticket holders using the details given at purchase.
If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, contact us as soon as possible. Whether a refund is available depends on how close the event is and on the celebrity's own terms, and we will tell you the position in writing. If we or the celebrity cancel, you are entitled to a refund of what you paid us for that booking.
You agree to give accurate contact and event details, to pay the agreed fee, and to meet any reasonable requirements we pass on from the celebrity's team, such as venue, timing, security or filming arrangements.
Attendees must follow venue rules and the instructions of event staff. We may refuse or end an engagement, without refund, where there is abusive behaviour or a risk to anyone's safety.
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Celebrity names, images and logos shown on this site belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the services offered. You may not copy or reuse them for your own purposes.
We take care in arranging bookings, but we are not responsible for the performance given by a celebrity, for venue conditions, or for losses outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies to it.
